The day of support for jailed Iranian students
Aug 5th, 2007 by City boy
Today is the anniversary of the 1906 Iranian constitutional revolution. However Iranian people are still struggling for democracy and student activists are still sent to jails.
This year several student activists will spend this year’s anniversary in prisons. They include: Mohammad Hashemi, Ali Nikoonesbati, Ali Vefghi, Bahareh Hedayat, Mehdi Arabshahi, Hanif Yazdani, Abodllah Momeni, Bahram Fayyazi, Habib Hajiheydari, Morteza Eslahchi, Mojtaba Bayat,, Arash Khandel, Ashkan Ghiasvand, Ahmad Ghassaban, Majid Tavakoli, Ehsan Mansouri, and Amir Yaghoub-ali.
In support and memory of our fellow comrades, who some of them are bloggres as well, a group of Iranian bloggres will change their blog title on August the 5th to “August the 5th: The day of support for jailed Iranian studentsâ€. We invite you, even as a non-Iranian blogger, to participate in this cause. You can join by sending us e-mail to 14.mordad@gmail.com.

The carpet and rugs industry is coming up with different materials and designs these days. In a carpet life today the people come across issues like carpet beetles that calls for special treatment in carpet cleaning with different disinfectants. The outdoor carpet demands more care and different methods in cleaning. The carpet for your home is a subject that needs more attention since it involves a careful selection of material and designs.

There are a lot of students here in the United States that admire your struggle and care about your comrades. Blogs like this keep us apprised of what’s going under a regime as opaque as the mullahs’, and we value them immensely.
Happy belated 1906 constitutional revolution anniversary. Good luck to you and your friends.
