24 days on hunger strike

Today is the 24th day that the student activist hero Majid Tavakolli is on hunger strike.
He was arrested 90 days ago when the ISA activist body at Tehran Amir Kabir University was trying to have elections.
Where is Akbar Ganji?? I know that he has released a letter, but is that all he can do to support? How come his case brought so much international attention and none of these student?
