Iranian fashion police shoot to kill!

Last friday, a fashion police officer called Javad Naderi in Tabriz, a city in North West of Iran, shot down a young man after getting in to an argument with him and his friend over their loud music in their car. The young men were named Armin Ebrahimnejad (19) and Behman Abbaszadeh (20) in the Pastoor-shahr avenue and one has been hospitalised and is in pretty a bad condition.
Is this really unusual, in a country where even shop’s windows are censored..?
